Unfortunately, we received a parking violation... There was a complaint for cars being parked in the grass.

 

Starting Immediately, DO NOT PARK ON ANY GRASS/hotel ASPHALT.

PARK ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY, LEAVING SPACE ON THE LEFT FOR OTHER CARS TO PASS.

DO NOT BLOCK THE GARAGE.

DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALKS LEADING TO THE DOORS.

Parking in front of garage will be allowed for monthly guests, but only by prior communication with Manager (via text).

On rare days, parking may be limited.  If no space is left, DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS/hotel side ASPHALT.  You can park on the street but NOT IN THE GRASS or hotel asphalt.  Any cars parked in the grass may incur a fine up to $1000.  If one parks in a non-allowed spot, he/she is agreeing to pay any fine should it be assessed.

As a friendly reminder, cars may not be parked at The Fort unless the vehicle owner is also physically present at The Fort.
